Relaxation is the most important tool of the Aspirant in making progress on the Path. Face all the unconscious material that surface during relaxation, and do not change focus due to pain or anger. Let life flow within you, instead of outside you in a materialistic way. Don't count the hours or days. If you are in doubt, if you feel like you have lost the meaning, just relax. Let life provide the answers, motivations, situations and the new questions. Manifest your Spirit by relaxing. You will be amazed at the new Force this will bring to your Life, which will organize your Life, as well as protect it. Let submission be your rebellion.
