 Part 2 of my Grade of Magister Templi observations. Goodbye 'Ratio' The Golden Dawn tradition assigns the development of the Astral Body to the Adeptus Minor grade, but in my opinion this is fully achieved in the Magister Templi grade. Maybe, the terminology used is different among different schools, or I am mistaking my Initiation with a higher one. Also, it appears some authors attribute Astral body to basic emotions, while others describe something resembling Buddhic body. In any case, I have, for the first time in my life, found myself completely at odds with 'Reason' and 'Rationality'. My progress towards achieving my True Will could not proceed further unless I actively separated myself from the critique of appearances. Such level of alignment with the Cosmic Consciousness replaces all material, emotional, ethical (morality and justice), and social considerations of the individual will. Lucifer

Lucifer: Lucifer literally translates as the 'Light Bringer'. The weak point of an Empath is the tendency to help people in a language they cannot understand. The Empath has a unique knowledge that he can express in words. His words correspond to truths that he knows implicitly. The same words mean close to nothing to other people. As a result, an Empath ends up trying to explain to people modes of better thinking and living with no results. In esoteric literature, this type of empathic affection is symbolized with Lucifer, who wants to give humans the Apple of Truth, but ends up locked in Hell. Hell is the pain of trying to descend to lower levels of Understanding for the sake of 'correcting' people. There is no guilt in letting others live their life according to their convictions. Their addictions, compulsions, confusion, and guilt is what makes them human. An Empath is a potential 'moral control' freak, and there is nothing on earth more damaging then being shamed for Angelic intentions.

The Zelator - I

Automat, by Edward Hopper (source: Wikimedia Commons) The Zelator Initiation is marked on the Tree of Life as 2=9, one counted from Malkuth and the other from Kether. It might be as well called the 'American Initation' as it necessarily points out to a very American way of feeling. One can see the Zelator in Hopper's paintings (any or most of them). It is a type of existence between being Here and Nowhere. The world of appetites is a step away, yet you feel like you have seen it all. That was the words of Tony Soprano (from the TV show Sopranos ) that he feels like the best is over. And, fate applies to both individuals and nations. I hypothesize that USA is the embodiment of Zelator in a nation. Could this be depression? In my opinion, trying to subvert your Zelator consciousness would cause mental health issues, but the feeling of cool distance hardly resembles an illness.  I am now in a position to state some important Theses, thereby propose an update to our Ethics. Family and Education Love is a palliative cure. We need Love in our Society because of the many conditions that cannot be treated. It is not yet possible to bring humanity into harmony. There are also health conditions and conditions from birth, that can be prevented only in the next Aeon through the use of Mind techniques.  We place a lot of emphasis on the ideal Family which is a source of love and understanding for the family person. This is not a strong position due to two factors. Number one is that many people are not interested in loving their family members. They find themselves in a family system through confusion or coercion. They may not have the strength to accept that they are interested in family.
